Vision

Maroondah Business Association Inc (ABN 88 423 030 809) is a supportive non-profit network formed to foster the development and growth of business in and around the City of Maroondah.

History
In March 1998 Maroondah Council adopted a “Home Based Business Strategy Plan” and a number of initiatives were developed to assist this sector. An early priority of the strategy (identified by local home businesses) was the creation of a supportive, flexible and “business driven” home based business network. Maroondah HomeBiz was established and met each month specifically focussed on home based businesses.

As our members businesses have evolved and grown into non home based business, our association saw the need to grow and support all businesses. Today membership is open to all levels of business in Maroondah and surrounding areas.

Our Rules
We are an incorporated body (Incorporated Association No A0040084H) and have adopted the Model Rules for an an Incorporated Association.
